Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to CreateMe, including Console, Monitor, Studio, Office, and the website createme.services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CreateMe is a creative operations platform. Monitor lets workspace members connect analytics and search sources (including Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console) to view metrics for selected resources. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and for content stored in the workspace.
You may use CreateMe only for lawful purposes and only with data and accounts you are authorized to access.

3. Connected third-party accounts

If you connect Google, Yandex, or another provider, you authorize CreateMe to access that account within the scopes shown on the provider’s consent screen, typically read-only analytics and search data. You can disconnect a source at any time in Monitor. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

attempt to access another workspace or account without permission;
interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or overload it;
use connected APIs beyond the permissions granted, or resell raw third-party API data;
upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Intellectual property

CreateMe retains rights in the software, design, and trademarks of the service. You retain rights in content you upload. You grant CreateMe a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the service for your workspace.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Metrics from Google and other sources depend on those APIs and on the permissions you grant; figures may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, CreateMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on displayed metrics.

7. Termination

You may stop using CreateMe and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country applies.

1. Сервис

CreateMe — платформа для креативных операций. Monitor позволяет участникам пространства подключать источники аналитики и поиска (включая Google Analytics 4 и Search Console) и смотреть метрики выбранных ресурсов. Состав функций может меняться.

2. Аккаунты и пространства

Нужны достоверные данные аккаунта и защита доступов.
Владелец пространства отвечает за приглашения и контент в пространстве.
Сервис можно использовать только законно и только с теми данными и аккаунтами, к которым у вас есть право доступа.

3. Подключённые аккаунты

Подключая Google, Яндекс или другого провайдера, вы разрешаете CreateMe доступ в рамках прав на экране согласия — обычно это аналитика и поиск только для чтения. Отключить источник можно в Monitor. Сторонние сервисы живут по своим правилам.

4. Допустимое использование

нельзя заходить в чужие пространства без разрешения;
нельзя мешать работе сервиса, сканировать его без согласия или перегружать;
нельзя использовать API сверх выданных прав или перепродавать сырые данные провайдеров;
нельзя загружать незаконный или вредоносный контент.

5. Интеллектуальная собственность

Права на ПО, дизайн и товарные знаки CreateMe остаются у CreateMe. Права на ваш контент остаются у вас. Вы даёте ограниченную лицензию размещать этот контент только для работы сервиса в вашем пространстве.

6. Доступность и ответственность

Сервис предоставляется «как есть». Метрики Google и других источников зависят от их API и выданных прав; цифры могут запаздывать, быть неполными или недоступными. В пределах закона CreateMe не отвечает за косвенные убытки и за решения, принятые на основе показанных метрик.

7. Прекращение

Вы можете перестать пользоваться CreateMe и запросить удаление аккаунта. Мы можем ограничить доступ при нарушении условий или для защиты сервиса и пользователей.

8. Изменения

Условия могут обновляться. Дата в начале страницы меняется при обновлении. Продолжая пользоваться сервисом, вы принимаете новую редакцию.
