Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how CreateMe (“CreateMe”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use CreateMe Monitor and related services at monitor.createme.services, console.createme.services, and createme.services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use CreateMe, we may collect:

Account data: name, email, company, and authentication details you provide when registering or logging in.
Workspace data: projects, tasks, files, comments, and other content you store in CreateMe.
Google account data (if you connect Google): your Google account email and, with your consent, read-only Google Analytics 4 metrics and Google Search Console data for properties you authorize. We request only the scopes needed to show those metrics in Monitor.
Yandex and other connected sources: similar read-only analytics, webmaster, or ads data if you connect those accounts.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

provide, maintain, and improve CreateMe Console, Monitor, Studio, and Office;
display analytics, search, ads, and related metrics for workspaces you belong to;
authenticate you, protect accounts, and prevent abuse;
communicate about the service, including support and operational notices;
comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.

3. Google API data and Limited Use

CreateMe’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular:

Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features in CreateMe Monitor (showing GA4 and Search Console metrics for the connected workspace).
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to operate the service (for example, hosting infrastructure), to comply with law, or with your consent.
We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Access tokens are stored encrypted and used to refresh read-only API access. You can disconnect Google at any time in Monitor → Sources.

4. Sharing

We share information only:

with members of the same CreateMe workspace, according to roles you configure;
with infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations;
when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of CreateMe and its users.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Connected Google tokens and cached metrics are kept until you disconnect the source or delete the workspace. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing createme.services@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and encrypted storage of OAuth tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to protect information with measures appropriate to the risk.

7. International processing

CreateMe is operated from Belarus / the EU region as applicable. Your information may be processed on servers used to host createme.services. By using the service, you understand that data may be processed outside your country of residence.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of CreateMe after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Данные аккаунта: имя, email, компания и сведения для входа.
Данные пространства: проекты, задачи, файлы, комментарии и другой контент, который вы сохраняете в CreateMe.
Данные Google (если вы подключаете Google): email аккаунта Google и, с вашего согласия, метрики Google Analytics 4 и данные Search Console только для чтения по тем ресурсам, которые вы разрешили.
Яндекс и другие источники: аналогичные данные аналитики, вебмастера или рекламы, если вы их подключаете.
Технические данные: IP, браузер, устройство и служебные логи для работы и защиты сервиса.

2. Как используем данные

чтобы предоставлять Console, Monitor, Studio и Office;
чтобы показывать аналитику, поиск, рекламу и связанные метрики участникам пространства;
для входа, защиты аккаунтов и предотвращения злоупотреблений;
для поддержки и сервисных уведомлений;
для соблюдения закона.

Мы не продаём персональные данные и не используем данные Google для рекламы или постороннего профилирования.

3. Данные Google API и Limited Use

Использование CreateMe и передача в другие приложения сведений, полученных из Google APIs, соответствуют Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

Данные Google используются только для функций Monitor: показ метрик GA4 и Search Console в подключённом пространстве.
Мы не передаём данные Google третьим лицам, кроме инфраструктуры сервиса, требований закона или вашего согласия.
Мы не используем данные Google для обучения обобщённых моделей ИИ.
Токены доступа хранятся в зашифрованном виде. Отключить Google можно в Monitor → Источники.

4. Передача

участникам того же пространства CreateMe согласно ролям;
провайдерам инфраструктуры (хостинг, почта), которые обрабатывают данные по нашему поручению;
если этого требует закон или защита прав и безопасности CreateMe и пользователей.

5. Срок хранения и удаление

Данные аккаунта и пространства хранятся, пока аккаунт активен и это нужно для целей выше. Токены Google и кэш метрик хранятся до отключения источника или удаления пространства. Запрос на удаление персональных данных: createme.services@gmail.com.

6. Безопасность

Мы используем HTTPS, разграничение доступа и шифрование OAuth-токенов. Абсолютной защиты не существует; мы применяем меры, соразмерные риску.

7. Изменения

Политика может обновляться. Дата в начале страницы меняется при обновлении. Продолжая пользоваться CreateMe, вы принимаете новую редакцию.
